We’re Live..Mani starts off sharing with the guys an anecdote of a technique he learned to actually lose the minimum amount of money during the test phase when segmenting an audience.

The usual steps were testing to a broad audience, get the data, and then narrow the audience to get the proper response, this technique does work but it has some failure points which including losing money and even losing the whole focus.

Being patient is key here, the idea is to start really narrow with a surgical selected segment of the audience and test there, make it work, and then gradually make small increments. It may seem slow at first but is for sure the safest way to get an organic audience.
